hi there.i heard you on ciut and i liked it.in the song with the words "don't blame me"or "it wasn't me" you make a reference to not being "in the same colony";and i just thought if you changed it to "vicinity"it might sound better.good luck.....peter

Saw and met you last night with Roots Movement band at the Bow. Was very impressed. I was the one at the bar with dark long hair. You made Raggae special when you put your bluesy style into it. It was great to hear. Hope to see you again there- Peace- Val

Hi Terry & Kathy,
I truly appreciate your time and energy towards the "Be in the Band” program. You are supporting young rising local talents in providing them with opportunities and experiences as they pursue their gifts and dreams. As a mother of one of your prodigies, I express my heartfelt thank you. Tammy Raymond

Hi Terry,
While walking to work this morning I started to sing a few lines from Uptown Babies, and thought I'd look you guys up on the web when I got here to work. My brother Jimmy and I used to listen to the Uptown Babies album over and over again back in the 70's. I'm glad that youz guys are still around and doing well. All the best.

Great to see you, your band and Popo last night (march 5th) at the Elmdale. Glad I was able to shake your hand and share a few words about HR as the opening act (instead of Rush!) at the Civic Centre eons ago...! ;-) That was one of the most courageous performances I ever saw in my life! And last night was just downright COOL music...! Picked up the Faux 45: the new tunes are really good! Looking forward to the CD release in September, assuming the Faux 45 sales help provide the necessary dough...!

Terry,
I'm loving the CD "Brother of the Blues". Also really enjoyed your show at St-Anne's Coffee and Blues House. Loved your rendition of Junior Wells - Little by Little (I'm Losing You), nice original blue arrangement. You guys were really cooking Friday night, even Tom couldn't make you take a break. Thanks for entertaining us with a great show!!! Real Tight band ya got there.

Dear Terry
My sons and I are enjoying your latest CD. We first heard it on our cable provider radio. My boys started to sing along. I believe we have a mutual friend, David Adams. Do you mind passing on my e-mail? Heh! what do you know, we are not your only fans in BC. Thanks for the on-going musical memories!

Happy New Year Terry... Bored at work, I googled Gillespie and go figure, you must be good because you were on the first page of hits. I will have to listen to you when I get home though as they have a nasty firewall here that prevents streaming music or video. Can't wait to hear ya... cheers! And I will def look you up on YouTube!!

Hey, Terry,
How great to hear that you're still strumming away - so much water under the bridge, so to speak. I've grown up, quit the party scene, so to speak, and now live in beautiful BC. I see one or two of your photos were taken by Bowie - I assume that was Peter. I think about him now and then, good old Norm, and all the gang from way back when. I went to see the Blues Brothers last Nov. and they were a riot.
Peace to you and yours, please give my regards to Peter.
Judy
p.s. What happened to that great trumpet player you had - I think his name was Teddy ???

Anyway Terry, keep on keeping on and I can't wait to hear your new album. All the best, Pam

Hej Terry
Hvordan skaere det du gammel? Cd'en er virkelig fedt. Din specielle blues overlever og sejrer.
Tjah...At 60 you're looking good too.
Greetings from the dude that looked after the vegetables at Strathmere in 73 and 74 and ran away with Alexs girl Andree P.
Well I've been living in Denmark the last 25 years. Just back in Ottawa to visit. Saw Madeliene P. and talk came around to old times and the Heavens Radio crowd. And the next day I heard you on the CBC. Just had to check out your homepage.
There's a lot of great summer music festivals in Denmark, where I think your music would go down real nice. Skanderborg, Midt Fyn, Roskilde etc. There are lot's of blues enthusiasts in the wet and muddy Denmark.
If you are ever in the vicinity give me a mail.
Nice gesture free musik...I'll buy the cd anyhow and introduce my friends and son and grandchild etc. to your latest. They like the old vinyls from Heavens Radio but they are sound kind of stratchy and used.
Keep up the good vibes.

Back when I 14 (1974) or so I heard this song on Chez 106 (Instrumental I think). It was great tune that later I heard from others was the first song played on CHEZ 106 when it went un the air.
I don't know if this is a true story but I've always wanted to get this song for my collection.
Do you know where I could get your old songs?
Thanks
Scott
